First Cooperation with a Clothing Manufacture
1. Define your needs
Feel free to contact us, define your requirements, including the type of clothing , desired quality standards,payment term, quantity, budget,and any specific customization or design preferences. We will give you the best solution and quote you the price with available timelines.
2. Provide the specification and artwork
Please provide your specification , and your special technique artwork . we shall make the pattern for you , and set the fitting mould for printing and embroidery. Our designer is stand by here to assist if you need .
3. Sample making
Sample is the standard of bulk production, we will make a previous sample for approval first after discuss all the details. To make sure the fitting is good for your project.
4. Place the order
Once the sample and the fitting is approved, it go to the production stage . we will issue the PI and require the deposit before production, and rest it due pay before the shipment .
5. Bulk production and quality monitor
On production process, we will keep you informed the progress of production. We have QC and QA staffs to monitor the production line, to make sure goods meets the standard.
6. Maintain the communication
After the shipment, we will continuous pay attention on the feedback of the products to ensure the goods in well expectation for our custom clothes.maintain the communication , looking for the possibility to build a long term partnership.
