The new collection development, it have to start from proto sample, then to SMS, bulk sample, and shipping sample.

🌷 As a factory , sample development cost is a big expense . not all the styles can be finalized the design by just one round sample. you have to get 2 or 3 , or even 4 rounds to fix the styles.

👉Below 1st sample , with micro fleece bonded, but it’s too stiff, we test to wash to soften handfeel, but get bubble on face. so drop.
